What payment methods does Ovis Studios accept?

Ovis Studios accepts all major credit cards through Shopify Payments or Klarna. The following payment methods are offered in a selection of countries:

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Your personal online security is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.

When will I be charged?

When you have placed an order with us, the funds are temporarily reserved but you are not actually charged. When your order has been dispatched, we will capture the funds from your account.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card.

EU: VAT, import taxes and customs duties

VAT is included in the final purchase price. No added import taxes or duties.

Non-EU: VAT, import taxes and customs duties

VAT is not included in the final purchase price. Upon import the package may be subject to VAT/import tax and customs duties. You, the customer, will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes before receiving your order.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address.

You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Ovis Studios has no control over these charges and since these charges are different for different countries, Ovis Studios cannot predict their amount. Ovis Studios advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Exchange rates

Ovis Studios is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency. Please contact your local customs office if you have any further questions regarding VAT, import taxes and customs duties.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or any of the following ways:

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

In normal circumstances, your order is shipped within 1-2 business days. How many days it takes for your package to arrive depends on which delivery service you choose. At the checkout, you can see the delivery options we offer to your address and the estimated delivery time.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that orders that have been processed and shipped can not be cancelled. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.

I've added the incorrect shipping adress, how do I change it?

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Ovis Studios warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days via DB Schenker, UPS or DHL. Free shipping is eligible based on total spend and location.

Exceptions to our shipping policy include:
• Made-to-order products, including jewelry. These products are made specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Estimated delivery timelines are indicated on the respective product page.


• Products with extended delivery timelines. Estimated, delivery timeframe will be indicated on the respective product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

What if my order is lost?

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order after this window has passed, please reach out to Client Services.

What if my order has been returned to the sender?

If your package has been returned to our warehouse, please Contact Us for further assistance.

Ovis Studios aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.


To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be sent back to you. Please note the following details related to product return eligibility:


• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
• In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.

Once your return is received, it will be processed at our facility, which may take 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the processing is complete.


• A refund will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
• Initial shipping costs will be excluded from the refund unless the item is faulty. 
• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.

How do I start a return?

EU and UK customers can start the return process here.

• In the Returns Portal, please enter your order ID and the email used on the order.
• Once the return form is submitted, a return label will be generated. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return refund.
• Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging - including any tags, boxes, garment bags, or other items - and ship back with the return label. The item(s) must be in original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.
• We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued.• We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please do not start a return via the portal; instead, reach out to Client Services.

When can I expect my return to be handled?
